SMOKE BREAK

Smoke Break exists as a meditation on the quiet moments of life. It depicts a fleeting moment between two coworkers who are stuck in a dead-end job. Inspired by the films of Edward Yang, Hou Hsiao-hsien and Tsai Ming-Liang, Smoke Break was my attempt to create a work that reflected reality rather than dramatic artifice.
